Returns & Damage Policy

Resolution

Where damage is verified:

  • A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier

Condition Transparency
Natural variations such as:

  • Crazing in ceramics

  • Minor inclusions or bubbles in glass

  • Surface wear consistent with age are inherent to these objects and are disclosed in listings and condition reports.

In the Event of Damage

All items are packed to exceed standard shipping requirements. However, if damage occurs in transit:

  • Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Retain all packaging materials and contents

  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

This documentation is required to initiate a claim with the carrier.
